the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding the choice of law rules thereof and you
consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts
of the Commonwealth of Virginia with regard to any dispute that may arise under
the Terms of Use or your use of this site.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, ASTA, its officers, officials
and employees from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and
expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that ASTA, its officers,
officials and employees may sustain or incur on account of your failure to
comply with these Terms of Use.
